Alicia Keys Is The 'Style Icon' Of The Week

The jury has spoken and miss Alicia Keys was chosen as the 'Style Icon' of the week. Folks from the U.S to Madrid, Spain all the way to Agadir, Morocco voted for Miss Keys. I must say this was a good choice because she has definitely been through a much needed style transformation. She has ditched the tomboy attire for a look fitted for a sophisticated woman thanks to her stylist Wouri Vice. Alicia is a fan of colored denim, form fitting dresses and the classic floor length flowing gowns. I also love the fact that she isn't afraid to play with color.  Her favorite designers consist of Sergio Rossi, Giorgio Armani, and when she is in budget mode she opts for Diesel and Academiks. Vanessa & Angela Simmons are the "Style Icons" of the Week

59% of you voted for Angela and Vanessa Simmons. The Simmons sisters went toe to toe with Beyonce and Solange Knowles in the Sibling Rivalry edition of "Who's Got Style", Angela and Vanessa won. I decided to name them "Style Icons " because they have transformed into bonified fashionistas over the years. Vanessa's style is more classic, old Hollywood glamour. Angela's style is girly chic and edgy at the same time. These lovely ladies have their own shoes, clothing and handbag line "Pastry." They eventually want to evolve the line into a more grown up brand. The Simmons sisters will also be staring in their own MTV reality show spin-off of 'Run's House' called 'Daddy's Girls,' the show will follow their "lives in L.A. and what's going on with us," since making the bi-coastal move from The Big Apple. Rihanna Is The "Style Icon" Of The Week/Get Some Of Her Looks

Rihanna deserves alot of props for her constantly revamped style thanks to her incredible stylist Mariel Haenn. Rihanna credits Dsquared,Dolce & Gabbana, Zac Posen, Herve Leger and Stella McCartney as some of her must haves. Ri Ri went from the all out bad girl who started the hot trend Rocker Chic. Which made it alright for woman to give glamour an edge. She also brought back some looks inspired by the 80's ( Dookey Gold Chains,Bamboo Earings ect.). Now she's rocking neon colors and 70's inspired pieces. I love how she is so effortlessly fashionable. You know she couldn't have a style transformation without doing something different to her hair.  She has had many hair transformations: Bangs, long flowing blond hair weave extensions, highlights, a bob, crimps, and now the beautiful short do.
