Cassie recently did a vblog while she was in Miami going on a boat ride. She wanted to shot out all the official girls/guys out there and encouraged fans to call up radio stations to play her song "Official Girl." She also went on to say, "Men keep it real with your ladies, if your not going to make her official leave her alone. Let her live her life." * Coughing*

Cassie Can "Officially" Dance/ Watch This Behind The Scenes Video
Cassie's hairstylist Cesar, filmed Cassie during her choreography scene for Official Girl and she nailed it. This is the best I have ever seen Cassie dance. I don't care what anyone says "Official Girl" is my jam, she may not be the best singer in the world but the tracks that I have heard thus far from her album have been fire. I can't wait for her to release her album. Hotness!

Solange Knowles Does Her First Video Blog
Solange Knowles recently did a video blog while she was on the set of "Ghost Whisperer." The closed captioning is funny. Solange is such a down to earth person how could you not like her.
