Bomber Jackets For fall, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Marc Jacobs, and others put a sophisticated spin on the biker-babe essential, tailoring zippered leather jackets into edgy evening cover-ups. When heading out for a night on the town, skip the pashmina. Instead show off your more rebellious side in one of these tough-luxe styles. Capes Romantic and cosmopolitan at once, the cape makes a sweeping return as the season’s chic alternative to a coat. Try pairing one with long, dark jeans to make a dramatic entrance everywhere you go. Elbow Length Gloves To make any ensemble look up-to-date instantly, pull on a pair of elbow-length leather gloves. As seen on many runways, the daring accent transforms any outfit—from simple cotton shifts to tried-and-true cocktail frocks—into trendy attire.
